Welcome to DecisionHR! Keeping your residential address up-to-date is crucial for ensuring that essential documents, payroll information, and company communications reach you promptly. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to update your residential address through DecisionHR.

  • Proper tax withholding and compliance.
  • Seamless updates to other benefits and services linked to your address.

Where to update your residential address in the app

After logging in, navigate to the Personal Information Section from your dashboard or sidebar. Within the personal information section, find the Residential Address tab.

Steps to Update Your Residential Address

To update your address, complete the following steps:

  • Click the Change button beneath your current address. This click opens an address form for you to edit.
  • Enter your new residential address details, including Country, Address Lines, City, State, and Zip Code. Note that all these fields are required to be completed.
  • Use the Address whisperer feature, to auto-complete and verify your address details.
  • After entering the new address, click Save to apply the changes.

Address Whisperer As you begin typing an address, the Whisperer feature springs into action, offering proactive suggestions for potential addresses in real time, adapting as you input more characters. Simultaneously, the system actively verifies these addresses against a credible database, ensuring precision throughout the process. Users can engage with these dynamic suggestions by choosing from a dropdown menu. Upon selecting or completing the address, the system seamlessly auto-fills additional fields and rectifies any discrepancies, enhancing the overall accuracy and efficiency of the address entry process.
