Accessing Your Pay Statements
Log on to your account on DecisionHR and click on the Pay Statement tab on your dashboard's sidebar.
Here, you'll see a list of all your pay statements organized into yearly columns, which you can click to view all pay periods. Click on a specific pay statement to view its details.
Understanding Your Pay Statement
Each pay statement includes several vital sections that provide detailed information about your earnings and deductions:
Payment Information
This section includes general information like payroll type, pay date, and pay period dates.
Earnings
This section breaks down your gross pay, including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, and other earnings. You can also review details such as hours worked and pay rates.
Taxes
This section contains information regarding the federal, state, and local tax withholdings. Also, it includes your Social Security and Medicare contributions.
Deductions
If you have any active deductions other than the mandatory tax deductions, they are recorded in this section.
Net Pay Distribution
In this section, you can review the total distribution of your pay depending on your payment choice. You will see either your direct deposit information or check details.

Download or Print Pay Statements
You can download or print your pay statements for your records or to provide proof of income. Click on the download or print icon, usually found on the details page of the pay statement.
