How DecisionHR Works
To use DecisionHR, you must have an account [See Create an account here]. After creating an account, you must onboard your company information. The company's information includes basic details like company type, address, work locations, bank account, payroll policy, tax setup, etc.
After the company's onboarding to the DecisionHR app, you can manage and add employees and team members to your company's profile on DecisionHR. You can onboard new employees using any of the templates DecisionHR provides or manually onboard the new employee. After onboarding, you can manage the employees' details like benefit deductions and workers' compensations.
Before your first payroll run on DecisionHR, the system allows you to import your previous payroll run for regulatory compliance verification and accurate tax reporting. Setting up these details will enable smooth payroll processing on DecisionHR, its core functionality.
